Location Requirement: Must be available to deliver the program at both Bankstown and Liverpool branch locations.

Activate is a practical, employment-focused program designed to help participants identify career pathways, strengthen their job search skills, connect with employers and progress towards real employment opportunities.

We are seeking an energetic and engaging Activate Program Facilitator to deliver our rolling Activate Program for Workforce Australia job seekers.

Activate is a practical, employment-focused program designed to help participants identify career pathways, strengthen their job search skills, connect with employers and progress towards real employment opportunities.

What you'll deliver

- Facilitate engaging group-based employment and career sessions
- Deliver career profiling and career pathway activities
- Teach effective job search strategies
- Support participants to create and tailor resumes to specific roles and industry




- Provide practical interview preparation and coaching
- Help participants build confidence in presenting themselves to employers
- Bring employers and industry into the program through presentations, industry tasters and site visits
- Identify and promote current job opportunities to participants
- Help participants understand what they need to successfully Start Monday
- Create a positive, energetic and inspiring learning environment

About You

Formal qualifications aren't essential. We're looking for a people-focused professional who can engage a room, build rapport and inspire people to take action and a natural ability to engage and motivate others.

- You are a confident and engaging facilitator
- Energetic, personable and comfortable presenting to groups
- Confident delivering interview preparation and employability workshops
- Passionate about helping people achieve employment
- Strong at building rapport and motivating diverse participants
- Comfortable engaging with employers and industry
- Practical, organised and outcomes-focused
