Anglicare North Queensland is seeking a Case Worker for the Immediate Housing Response team to support singles, couples and families experiencing homelessness into short-term accommodation. This 12-month contract ends 30 July 2027.

You will conduct intake, assess risks, develop personalised plans, liaise with landlords and services, and promote client-centred practice while maintaining accurate case notes and data reporting.
