Portfolio size will be appropriately allocated depending property management experience.

Day in the life:





- Manage a small portfolio of residential properties withexistingstrong landlord relationships.
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractorsregardinginspections, maintenance, and property updates. Conducting routine inspections asrequired.
- Assistingwith maintenance coordination and compliance requirements
- Supporting rental arrears management, including arrears follow-ups and documentation.
- Providing administrative support, reporting, and portfolio coverage asrequired.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building solid client relationships.

Whatyou will bring to the table:

- At least 12 months’ experienceinLeasing, Property Management or even Administrationwithin the Real Estate industry.
- A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and a valid Driver's License.
- Agenuine desire to build a career in Property Management.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude, ability to manage competing priorities.
