Resource Sector Opportunity | 15 Days On / 6 Days Off Roster | Drive-in/Drive-out (DIDO) arrangement

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Excavator/Grader/Bulldozer Operator to join our team on a large scale resource sector operation working a 15 days on, 6 days off roster. This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile operator looking for consistent work, great team culture within a dynamic site-based environment.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy earthmoving equipment across mine site and associated civil works activities. We are looking for operators who can work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of production and quality.

Plant Experience Required

- Excavator
- Bulldozer
- Grader

Highly Regarded

- Final trim experience on excavators, graders and/or dozers
- GPS machine control experience
- Previous experience in mining,



civil construction, or resource sector projects
- Ability to confidently operate multiple machine types as required

Essential Requirements

- Demonstrated experience operating Excavators, Bulldozers and Graders
- Robust commitment to safety and safe work practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace
- Reliable, self-motivated and professional attitude
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Relevant operating tickets and competencies
