Practice Nurse - EEN/ RN Casual / Part Time role 2 to 4 days per week.

We are seeking Practice Nursefor an exciting prospect to work at Green Point Medical Centre / GP Family Medical. You will have a great team work ethic as you will be working within a team of experiencedprofessionals within co-located practices next to each other supporting our 9 GP's, 5 Nurses, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Dietitian, Podiatrist, Audiologist, Chiropractor and working along with yournursing team supported by your wonderful Nurses inourPractice and led by your Nurse Manager Jane Pervez .

You will also be responsible for Immunisation, wound care, women's health, triage assessmentand chronic disease management,follow up reminders etc.

You will be working in our GP Family Medical where we have 3 GP's whom you will be supporting in this role also at Green Point Medical Centre where needed as they are co-located next to each other.

Thisis a fully computerised Practice looking for aPractice Nurse to work 2 to 4 days per week.

The Criteria

- AHPRA Registered;
- Previous Australian experience within a similar role;
- Immunisation Certificate;
- Ability to work within Australia;

Duties include but are not limited to

- Conducting health assessments and care plans
- Following up on patient results and recalls
- Infection control and sterilisation
- Maintaining stock levels
- Assisting in wound dressings and management
