We are seeking an outstanding and passionate educator to join our Secondary School leadership team as Head of Year 7 (2027) at our co-educational Kindergarten to Year 12 Meadow Springs Campus.

This is an exciting chance to lead the pastoral care, wellbeing, and personal development of our Year 7 students as they begin their Secondary School journey. We are looking for an educator who is committed to building positive relationships with students, staff, and families, and who will foster a culture of belonging, engagement, and success.

The Head of Year 7 is responsible for the welfare, wellbeing and pastoral care of all students within the year group. Working closely with the Head of Secondary, Deputy Head of Pastoral Care/Service, Year Group Teachers, Heads of Department, Learning Enrichment staff and the School Counsellor, the successful applicant will provide leadership that promotes student wellbeing, engagement, resilience and academic success.
