An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking Groundsperson to join the team at one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most prestigious privately owned estates.

Set across approximately 30 hectares in beautiful Flinders, this is a rare chance to work in a diverse and meticulously maintained landscape. This position offers long-term stability, excellent working conditions, and the prospect to develop your skills while working alongside an experienced and passionate team.

As a valued member of our grounds team, you will assist in the maintenance and presentation of a wide variety of landscaped and natural environments including:

- Native revegetation areas
- Ornamental gardens
- Orchard and vegetable garden
- Olive grove
- Dams and wetlands
- Broad acre grass areas
- Fine turf areas





To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

- Experience in horticulture, landscaping, grounds maintenance or a similar industry (preferred but not essential)
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliability and punctuality
- Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual outdoor work
- A current driver’s licence
