This role is ideal for an experienced Property Manager who enjoys working with people, being out and about, and building positive relationships - but would welcome the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day pressures of portfolio management, maintenance coordination, leasing deadlines and after-hours emergencies. You'll remain connected to an industry you love, while enjoying a more focused and structured role.

What You'll Be Doing

Your week will be varied, independent and people-focused, including:

- Conducting routine inspections across our rental portfolio
- Preparing detailed inspection reports
- Liaising with renters and rental providers regarding inspection outcomes
- Identifying maintenance concerns and following internal procedures
- Scheduling and managing Open for Inspections
- Working closely with our Property Management team to deliver exceptional customer service

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

- Previous experience within a Property Management environment




- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, positive and professional approach
- The ability to work independently while following established systems and processes
- A current Agent's Representative Certificate
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Availability to assist with Saturday Open for Inspections is preferred (but not essential for the right candidate) and would provide opportunities for additional paid hours

Experience using PropertyMe, Inspection Express and Inspect Real Estate will be highly regarded.
