Customer Service + Warehouse - Construction Supplies

A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Customer Service Representative / Warehouse Storeperson to join our friendly team at yousta, based in Revesby .

About you

You are an experienced, positive customer service representative and store person who ideally has construction supplies product knowledge.

You will also have the following skills:

Strong computer skills including experience using ERP or CRM systems

Current forklift licence and Australian drivers licence

Ability to lift heavy items

Experience or ability to work in a fast paced environment

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions

Ability to work both in a team and independently

About the role

Based in a busy warehouse, 7:00am to 4:30pm , Monday to Friday, your main responsibilities will include:





Answering and redirecting inbound telephone calls

Being the first point of contact when customers visit the warehouse to pick-up goods

Greeting walk-in customers and helping them find the products they need

Inputting orders for telephone, email, website and walk in customers

Ensuring products are in stock and if not, making the necessary arrangements to order goods in

Receiving goodsusing scanners

Picking and packing orders for dispatch

Transferring stock and stacking shelves

Labelling products with barcodes

Conducting stock checks and cycle counts

Heavy lifting

Warehouse and shop upkeep

Deliveries and pickups in the van or truck

Assisting other team members as required
