With our young superstar Jaime spreading her wings and venturing to QLD, Commerce Ballarat is seeking a Project and Communications Officer to join the team! We are passionate about the work we do, and the support we deliver to the business community in Ballarat and surrounds.
This role supports that work by:
- coordination, promotion, and delivery of Commerce Ballarat initiatives and events
- administration support tasks, including preparing accurate communications, ensuring current records, handling incoming enquiries & taking registrations
- membership and stakeholder engagement
A part of a small, committed, talented and agile team, this role suits candidates with previous communications experience, familiarity with balancing priorities, and proven ability to produce high-quality work. This could be work experience but leadership and skills learned from school or sporting activity will be highly valued.

It would be great if you have experience in:
- PremierPro and CapCut
- stakeholder engagement (bonus points for a membership-based organisation)
The role is ideally full time, but part time may be considered for the right applicant. Salary negotiable based on experience.
