Print Lords is seeking an experienced Screen Printer to join our team in Brookvale NSW . This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality printed products to our diverse client base. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment, ensuring that every project meets our exacting standards of quality and precision. This role is integral to our production operations and directly impacts our ability to satisfy client expectations and maintain our reputation for excellence in the printing and publishing services industry.

What you'll be doing

- Operating and maintaining screen printing equipment
- Setting up screens
- Mixing and managing printing inks
- Inspecting printed materials for defects and ensuring all output meets quality requirements before dispatch
- Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of screen printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevityFollowing health and safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and manage workflow efficiently
- Troubleshooting equipment issues and making minor adjustments to resolve printing problems
- Recording production data and maintaining accurate records of jobs completed

What we're looking for





- Proven experience as a Screen Printer or in a similar printing role within the printing and publishing services industry
- Strong technical knowledge of screen printing processes, equipment operation and maintenance
- Proficiency in colour matching and ink management
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality output consistently
- Ability to read and interpret job specifications and technical drawings accurately
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues independently
- Strong work ethic and reliability, with the ability to meet production deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team setting
- A commitment to health and safety practices in the workplace
