Due to continued growth, we are looking for a HVAC Audit Technician to join our Melbourne Team

What will you be doing?

- Travelling to sites within the Melbournearea to conductsite asset life cycle, condition, risk, and replacement assessments
- Collectingkey asset information acrossHVAC & BMS Services.
- Auditing individual assets using advanced technology
- Conveying collected audit data and key finding s to relevant stakeholders - allowing strategic asset management
- Developing relationships and partnering with clients to achieve auditing outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities for potential repairs, upgrade works, refurbishments, and new business

What will you need to join the team?

- Trade Qualification - Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration
- Hands on experience with repairs, emergency breakdowns and maintenance on a variety of HVAC/BMS assets in commercial backgrounds
- Ability to work within a team or autonomously




- Awesome communications skills - the ability to build excellent client relationships
- Proven track record of deliveringhigh quality outcomes
- Intermediate computer skills to use our internally developed programs, as well as Microsoft Office package.
- The willingness to learn , as well as contribute your knowledge and skills to the team and company
