Our GP practice is friendly and well equipped, offering high quality medical care located in western suburb of Melbourne, Kurunjang (a suburb under city of Melton, VIC 3337). We are currently seeking an experienced RN Nurse to join our team. We are looking for a confident nurse who can demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for the functionality of our Treatment Room.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Following up on patient results and recalls
- Conducting health assessments and care plans
- Co-ordinate & facilitate treatment room- including stock control of all equipment and vaccines
- Immunisations – adult & child
- Wound management
- Assisting doctors with minor procedures
- Maintaining cold chain management systems
- Patient history enhancement
- General Practice Experience at least 12Months
- Current registration with APRHA
- Ability to work independently or part of a team
- Demonstrate confidentiality with patient and clinical information
