Retail Sales Assistant – Lorne Vic

- Pay: $70,000 – $80,000 + Super per year
- Full time, ongoing role

About the role We’re looking for a friendly, hardworking full time Sales Assistant to join a busy beachside milk bar and takeaway shop in Lorne. If you love working in a busy environment, dealing with lots of locals and tourists, and being right by the beach, this is the job for you. Day to day responsibilities will include

- Greeting locals and tourists, taking orders, and answering simple questions about food and drinks.
- Operating the cash register and EFTPOS terminal.
- Serving food & drinks.
- Stocking shelves.




- Ensuring the store meets all hygiene requirements.

What We’re Looking For

- Relevant certificate or positive high school results, or solid life skills.
- At least one or more years paid experience in a retail shop, cafe, or fast-food venue along with a “can do” attitude.
- Friendly demeanor along with the ability to stay calm when it gets busy, especially in summer!
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends, public holidays, and busy summer periods.

You must have unrestricted rights to work full time in Australia to be considered.
