Your new role
- Managing complex diaries and coordinating travel arrangements
- Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders professionally and confidently
- Managing electronic files and document systems
- Assisting with billing, trust accounting and other financial administration
- Supporting court filing and document lodgement processes
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the practice
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant or similar professional services support role
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word
- Experience using document management and billing systems
- The ability to manage competing priorities and support multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
