Your Contribution

As our Chef you will be a key part of our Catering Team responsible for maintaining and enhancing our reputation as market leaders in our sector who focuses on quality and safety. You will:

- Prepare and servehigh-quality meals that meet diverse dietary needs
- Maintain kitchenhygiene and food safety standards in line with our Food Safety Program
- Manage stockrotation and food storage
- Support acollaborative team setting and contribute to a positive guestexperience




- Proactively modelthe Fresh Hope values in all interactions with your team, stakeholders,and external parties

The Essentials

As an experienced Chef you will have:

- Cert III inCommercial Cookery or equivalent experience
- Enjoy working in ahigh-volume kitchen environment and know the shortcuts to make service runsmoothly
- Experience withdietary requirements and food safety compliance
- Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
- A friendly,reliable attitude, willingness to improve your skills and a heart forservice
