Ace Waste are seeking a Business Development Executive

Based in our Brisbane Head Office in Brisbane CBD, you will be joining a small dynamic team with your role focusing on sourcing new business opportunities, service existing clients and helping to ensure the longevity the Ace Waste business.

The work setting is both encouraging and comfortable. With an attention to detail, the successful candidate will be a self-motivated, positive person with a mature nature and a willingness to learn.

Have a willingness and desire to proactively source new business opportunities





Obtain a comprehensive understanding of the Waste Industry and the dynamics of the waste disposal regulations.

Understanding clients and internal business to provide strategies and services to various companies around Queensland

Build relationships, meeting and greetingnewprospective businesses

Finding and creatingnewbusiness opportunities by approachingnewbusinesses and maintaining/managing existing relationships with clients

Generating solution-orientated proposals aligned with customer requirements

Requirements:

Effective communication skills; both verbal and written

Proactive, confident and forthcoming attitude

Must be solution-focused and be able to provide guidance for customers

Proven track record in customer service and sales

Previous experience in thewastemanagement, industrial or medical sector is helpful but not mandatory.

Must be willing to door knock/cold call and be hungry fornewbusiness

Background in Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry is advantageous.

Must conduct a National Police Check

The successful applicant will feel comfortable in a compliance reliant industry and have an extremely high attention to detail.
