An opportunity now exists for an experienced Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join the team on a 14-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you'll play a key role in supporting the production of high-quality marketing collateral, corporate presentations and investor communications.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys bringing documents and presentations to life, has an exceptional eye for detail and thrives working across multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.

Working closely with the marketing team and key internal stakeholders, you'll ensure all communications remain accurate, visually engaging and aligned with brand standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create and update high-quality PowerPoint presentations and corporate collateral.




- Produce and maintain branded marketing materials using Adobe InDesign.
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly reporting production.
- Maintain website content through WordPress.
- Support internal communications, presentations and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with podcast editing, digital communications and general marketing projects.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver projects within tight deadlines.
- Ensure all communications remain accurate, consistent and on brand.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Previous experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Communications Coordinator or similar role.
- Advanced Adobe InDesign skills and robust PowerPoint capability.
- Excellent attention to detail and a genuine eye for design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using WordPress, Mailchimp or similar digital marketing platforms will be highly regarded.
- Exposure to financial services or another professional services environment is advantageous but not essential.
