Lucas Collective is opening two current venues in Melbourne’s CBD. We’re seeking exceptional hospitality leaders for the opening team as an Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager, shaping culture from day one and delivering memorable guest experiences.

You'll lead high‑performing teams, oversee service operations, rostering, and stock management, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth opening and ongoing success. RSA certified and hospitality qualification preferred.
