At Fin Me, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Broker Support Officer / Loan Processor to become a key part of our growing team.

This isn't just another processing role. You'll work alongside experienced mortgage brokers, communicate directly with clients and lenders, conduct home loan reviews and play an significant role in helping our clients build wealth through smarter lending solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

Loan Processing

- Manage residential loan applications from submission through to settlement.
- Prepare and submit loan applications across a wide range of lenders.
- Liaise with lenders, BDMs, solicitors, conveyancers and valuers.
- Order valuations, pricing requests and manage outstanding conditions.
- Ensure files progress efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Client Relationship Management

- Become a trusted point of contact for our clients.
- Keep clients updated throughout their lending journey.
- Conduct annual home loan reviews.




- Contact existing clients regarding interest rate reviews and fixed-rate expiries.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that clients will remember.

Business Growth

- Identify refinancing opportunities within our existing client database.
- Recognise opportunities for debt consolidation, investment lending, SMSF, commercial and asset finance.
- Schedule appointments with brokers when new lending opportunities are identified.
- Encourage referrals and Google reviews from happy clients.

Team Support

- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Work closely with our brokers, processor and offshore support team.
- Assist with compliance and documentation.
- Help continually improve our systems and client experience.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

- We prefer candidates with 2+ years’ loan processing, mortgage broking, or banking experience, but this is not mandatory. If you have strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
- A confident communicator with excellent phone and customer service skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple applications at different stages
- Proactive and enjoys solving problems
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Experienced with ApplyOnline, lender portals or mortgage CRM systems (highly regarded)
