Key Responsibilities& Experience

- Previous experience in a F&B; Supervisor or similar working in hotels or events.
- Experience managing and training teams, driver a strong team culture and driving a excellent guest experience.
- Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
- Warm, friendly and approachable manor.
- Great communication skills, flexibility and approachable.




- Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable
- Promote the venue and brand, maintain strong product knowledge, assist with training, supervision, and role allocation as required.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience working and managing events across hotels, conference centres or event companies.
- Experience managing guest expectations and supporting the food & beverage service.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and work ethic.
- Professional with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Previously managed small teams with focus on training and developing staff.
