Geelong Kia , Chery& Jaecoo is a family owned business that forms part of the Blood Motor Group that represent 8 brands across Geelong. We are looking for an energetic and reliable Pre Delivery Manager to help coordinate monthly car deliveries. Reporting to the General Manager the successful candidate will need to be well organised and be able to work autonomously.

Required attributes:

Coordinate Pre-Delivery administrative tasks related to Pre-Delivery operations for vehicles.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of Pre-Delivery documentation.

Work closely with stock control, sales and service departments to schedule and coordinate Pre-Delivery activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely availability of parts and accessories for Pre-Delivery customisation.

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline

Pre-Delivery operations and enhance efficiency.





Who we are looking for:

Previous experience in an automotive dealership Pre-Delivery or Service Department administrative role, is not essential but would be an advantage.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Solid attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork and documentation.

Proficiency in computer systems.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake a National Police Check.
