About the Role

An opportunity is available for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics and distribution operations. This role is responsible for coordinating transport, managing inventory systems, and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods in line with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities





- Coordinate dispatch and transport activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Manage and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, databases, web-based tools, and inventory management systems (including D365).
- Liaise with warehouse, transport providers, and internal teams to support smooth operations.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control processes.
- Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods regulations and safe handling practices where applicable.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and data entry.

Skills & Experience

- Experience in logistics, transport coordination, warehousing, or stock control.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and Microsoft-based programs.
- Strong numeracy, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Reliable, with a solid work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Demonstrated excellent attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
