We currently have an exciting full-time position available for an experienced Recruitment Consultantto join our Permanent & Labour Hire Recruitment team based in our Geelong head office.

About Our Role

- build strong client relationships to understand workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions including permanent recruitment and labour hire services.
- source candidates, writing and refreshing job advertisements, conduct assessments and maintain a reliable candidate pool through strong relationships.
- oversee the entire recruitment process, manage job offers, and handle candidate timesheets.
- responding to customer enquiries and providing quotation for delivery of labour solutions for their needs.
- ensure that all compliance and statutory regulations, OHS, environmental and public health objectives are met.
- maintaining accurate records in our recruitment system (FastTrack360).





About the Successful Candidate

- at least two years of recruitment experience, either permanent recruitment or labour hire, with familiarity in healthcare, manufacturing, or building and construction sectors ideal;
- experience screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees;
- be self-driven and motivated and to complete tasks;
- strong communication skills and attention to detail;
- ability to prioritise and multi-task and able to work autonomously when needed; and
- have proficiency in FastTrack360 or similar end-to-end labour hire/recruitment CRM.
