- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)
- Client Portfolio: Property, retail, travel, and consumer brands
You know Performance Max and Advantage+ better than most people know their own job. You're ready to stop just executing campaigns and start owning strategy, but your current agency hasn't handed you that trust yet.
This performance-focused agency runs a flatter structure than most, senior media craft matched with genuine data and measurement capability. The team is close enough that a valuable idea from a Performance Coordinator can land in a client deck within the week, not buried under layers of sign-off. Staff retention here sits well above the industry benchmark.
What You Will Be Doing
Client Strategy and Reporting
- Lead campaign planning and budget allocation aligned to each client's commercial goals
- Present at kick-offs, WIPs, and quarterly business reviews with clear reporting on growth opportunities
- Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, building trust with clients and internal teams
Paid Search Management
- Manage Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube on Search campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts
- Set and pace budgets against agreed KPIs including ROAS, tCPA, and CPL
- Run structured tests across bidding strategy, audience, and ad copy to lift performance
Paid Social Management
- Own Meta Advantage+ campaigns, product catalogues, and Events Manager setup across the portfolio
- Build and manage conversion tracking through GA4 and the Meta Conversions API
- Test creative and audience combinations to improve return on ad spend
Team and Platform Currency
- Mentor and review the work of one Performance Coordinator, supporting their development
- Collaborate with SEO, creative, and client solutions teams to keep strategy aligned end to end
- Stay ahead of platform updates across Google and Meta and apply best practices to account structure
What You Bring
Experience Required
- 3 to 5 years in a paid search or paid social specialist role, with agency experience essential
- A track record of owning client accounts end to end, not just executing a slice of one
- Experience with campaign planning, budget strategy, and hitting commercial KPIs
- Confidence presenting directly to clients and comfortable talking numbers
Technical Skills Required
- Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube on Search
- Meta Advantage+, Product Catalogues, and Events Manager
- Conversion tracking through GA4 or the Meta Conversions API
- Attribution modelling and incrementality testing
- Search Ads 360 or equivalent bid management platforms
What You Get in Return
Compensation and Rewards
- Salary package based on experience, reviewed annually against market
- Above-market leave entitlements
- Structured annual team events and celebrations
- Dedicated annual learning budget to build your platform and strategy skills
Growth and Culture
- Early exposure to mentoring, guiding a Performance Coordinator's development
- Career pathway supported by senior leadership genuinely close to the work
- A flatter structure where your ideas reach decision makers directly
- Regular team socials with a close-knit performance crew
A Note on Fit
We're looking for a paid search and paid social specialist who's ready to move from execution into ownership. Agency experience is essential; candidates without it won't be considered for this search.
