We're looking for an experienced Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator to take ownership of our liquid waste transport operations. This is more than a scheduling role—it's an prospect to lead a team of professional vacuum truck drivers, optimise daily operations, and play a critical role in the success of our business.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinate and schedule a fleet of vacuum trucks to maximise efficiency andproductiivity.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of drivers
- Manage daily logistics, route planning, and resource allocation.
- Responding to last-minute changes, urgent jobs and the unexpected.
- Managing schedules and job information in our scheduling program.
- Ensuring work is planned in accordance with NHVR, EPA and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
- Build strong relationships with customers while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor driver compliance, safety, fatigue management, and operational procedures.
- Work closely with sales, operations and management to improve systems and performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce downtime across the fleet.
- Hours: Monday to Friday,7:00am-4:30pm , plus participation in a shared rotating after-hours on-call roster.

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for someone who is both an exceptional organiser and an inspiring leader.

You’ll ideally have:

- Experience in transport, logistics, waste management, civil, construction, or a similar operational environment.




- Proven experience coordinating multiple vehicles, drivers, and daily schedules.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold peopleaccountable.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail while keeping sight of the bigger operational picture.
- Strong computer skills and experience using scheduling or fleet management software.
