We are currently seeking experienced Case Managers with Allied Health qualifications to join our growing Workers Compensation team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to transition from an allied health background into a dynamic and rewarding case management role, where you can make a meaningful impact.
About the Role:
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims, supporting injured workers throughout their recovery journey while ensuring timely and effective claim outcomes.
You will utilise your clinical knowledge to drive early intervention strategies and collaborate with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims end-to-end
- Liaise with injured workers, employers, medical practitioners, and allied health providers
- Review medical reports and determine appropriate treatment pathways
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and scheme requirements
- Drive positive outcomes
About You:
- Tertiary qualification (e.g. Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or similar)
- Strong understanding of injury management principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in workers compensation or insurance (desirable but not essential)
