About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative — AV & Security Solutions to join our team at our Castle Hill NSW office on a full-time basis. In this strategic position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong client relationships within the audiovisual and security solutions market. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions to prospects, and managing the sales lifecycle from initial contact through to contract closure. This role is pivotal to our continued growth and success in a competitive marketplace.

Key responsibilities

- Identify, qualify and pursue new sales opportunities within the AV and security solutions sector
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements in line with company objectives
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions post-sale
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities,



pipeline opportunities and customer interactions using CRM systems
- Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to promote company products and services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently

What we’re looking for

- Proven track record of success in IT, technology or security solutions sales, ideally within the AV and security sector
- Strong understanding of audiovisual and/or security systems, products and technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment
- High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
- Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel within the greater Sydney region
- Experience in B2B sales, account management or technical sales is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of industry compliance, standards and certifications relevant to security and AV solutions is preferred
