Job Description

BAINSMR HOLDINGS PTY LTD Plan, prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with restaurant standards. Design and develop seasonal menus and daily specials. Estimate food and labour costs and assist with kitchen budgeting.

Order, receive and manage food supplies while maintaining appropriate stock levels. Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation, cooking and presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and WHS regulations.

Supervise, train and mentor cooks, apprentices and kitchen staff. Coordinate food preparation and kitchen operations during service periods. Minimise food waste and maintain portion control.

Inspect kitchen equipment and report maintenance requirements. Work closely with management to develop new menu items and improve customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment.





Skills Required Solid knowledge of commercial food preparation techniques. Experience in menu planning and cost control. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
