ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Title: Training Coordinator

THE OPPORTUNITY

LOCATION: Lance Creek

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Training Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at Kilcoy Global Foods.

This role will be responsible for coordinating and driving the delivery of high-quality induction, technical and operational training across our Lance Creek site. You will play a key role in ensuring our people have the knowledge, skills and competency required to perform their roles safely, effectively and to the required standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own and deliver engaging site inductions, ensuring new team members understand the Company, their role, workplace expectations and critical safety requirements.
- Coordinate and maintain role-specific, technical, mandatory and refresher training requirements, including accurate training records, competency assessments and site-wide skills matrices.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver training programs that support operational capability, compliance, business priorities and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective training resources,



assessments and competency tools that support consistent, high-quality learning outcomes.
- Partner with Supervisors, Managers and tutors to ensure consistent training delivery, effective workplace application and ongoing competency.
- Identify training and capability gaps and proactively implement initiatives to improve training standards and business capability.
- Coordinate external training providers and specialist training pathways to support compliance, skill development and career development.
- Ensure training is delivered in a way that is accessible and understood by a diverse workforce, including consideration of LLN/ESL needs.
- Establish and maintain regular reporting on induction, training completion, competency, compliance and training outcomes.
- Support the implementation of national training programs and initiatives while working collaboratively with the broader HR team and business leaders.

ABOUT YOU

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and delivering workplace training.
- Experience managing training matrices, competency records and compliance training requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees, Supervisors, Managers and external providers.




- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage competing requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaging training resources and adapt training delivery to meet different learning needs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate, complete and audit-ready training records.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive positive change.
- Excellent judgement, initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the meat processing, manufacturing or food production industry will be highly regarded.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – in particular word and excel.
