We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Pharmacist to join our busy pharmacy. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering professional pharmacy services, ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications, providing clinical advice, and leading exceptional customer care.

Task & Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medicines accurately and in accordance with legal and professional standards
- Review prescriptions to ensure the safe and appropriate supply of medications
- Provide qualified advice on prescription medicines, over-the-counter products, and health-related matters
- Counsel patients on the safe use of medicines, dosage instructions, potential side effects, and interactions
- Conduct medication reviews and promote quality use of medicines
- Administer vaccinations and other professional pharmacy services where appropriately accredited
- Supervise dispensary operations and support pharmacy assistants and technicians
- Maintain compliance with Pharmacy Board of Australia, PBS, and relevant legislative requirements
- Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering, storage, and expiry control of medicines
- Maintain accurate patient and dispensing records using pharmacy management software
- Deliver outstanding customer service while building strong relationships within the local community
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Current General Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- At least 1-2 years' experience as a Retail Pharmacist (preferred)
- Sound knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) and relevant pharmacy legislation
- Experience using pharmacy dispensing software such as Fred, Minfos or Z Dispense
- Experience with MyScript and MedAdvisor is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English
