About The Role

Chubb Fire & Security Australia is seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Support Specialist to support our service and operational teams in Salisbury on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate order processing, billing, and customer portal administration while working across multiple enterprise systems. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, high‑volume environment, values process accuracy, and enjoys collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Portal Administration

- Maintain and manage third‑party customer portals.
- Upload compliance documents such as certificates and insurance documentation.
- Submit claims and invoices through customer portals when required.

Operations & Administrative Support

- Provide transactional administrative support aligned with operational processes.
- Ensure system data accuracy and adherence to defined service levels and process controls.





Systems & Technology You Will Regularly Work With

- Microsoft Dynamics (Field Service)
- Pronto
- Zoho
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)

Pre‑Employment Requirements
