Job Description

WELDWORKS PTY LTD is looking for an experienced Carpenter for our client's construction industry (residential homes, commercial buildings, and public spaces) across NSW, WA in Australia. On a full time basis, you will be part of a multidisciplinary and well-supported team. Title: Carpenter, Full-time position Salary: A$ 90,000.00 to 98,000.00 plus super Work Location: In person. We are looking for applicants who demonstrate the following: Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and own transport (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Physical stamina and strength.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints,



and engineering plans to precisely measure, cut, and assemble materials.
- Construct, install, and repair structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, stairs, door frames, windows, cabinets, and other wooden fixtures.
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Estimate materials, labor, and costs needed for carpentry projects and prepare detailed work plans.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure the project specifications are met.
- Supervise and coordinate with junior carpenters and other workers on the job site.
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy before final installation or handover.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment during and after the project completion.
- Troubleshoot and solve on-site problems quickly to keep projects on schedule.
