About Our Client

Our client, located in Laverton, is currently seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage the transportation of raw materials, packaging and finished goods. The successful application would be required to work day shift, Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.

About the Job

Reporting to the logistics manager you will manage all logistics operations ensuring raw materials and finished goods are received, packaged and dispatched efficiently.

- Plan, book and oversee transportation
- Coordinate with suppliers and freight providers
- Address and resolve any logistics issues
- Prepare and submit all relevant documentation for transportation
- Optimise processes and improve supply chain operations

About You

- Previous logistics coordination experience (minimum 5 years)
- Solid knowledge of the transport industry




- Ability to prioritise conflicting tasks effectively
- Productive under pressure
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Previous exposure to the meat industry preferred but not essential
