The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated property lawyer/conveyancer with at least three years’ experience to join our growing team. You will work closely with experienced directors who provide solid mentorship across property and conveyancing matters.

This role will incorporate multiple areas of practice, with a focus on conveyancing/property law. You will handle residential and commercial property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.

Core responsibilities include:





- Managing client files and progressing matters efficiently
- Preparing, reviewing, and finalising contracts and property transfers
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth property transactions
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and procedural requirements

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

- A minimum of 3 years experience.
- strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks.
- Capacity to work autonomously or as part of a team as required.
