The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Shift Lead to support the delivery of operational excellence across our production lines. This role plays a key part in leading teams, driving safety, improving performance and embedding continuous improvement practices.

Working closely with the OPEX Line Lead, you will provide hands-on leadership, coach teams, and ensure consistent execution of daily management systems.

Lead, coach and support line teams to drive safety, delivery and team performance

Support Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and drive continuous improvement initiatives





Oversee production activities, including planning, materials and product quality

Drive incident elimination and problem-solving to reduce losses and improve efficiency

Execute and support Daily Management Systems (DMS), CIL and safety processes (BOS)

Partner with WHS to identify hazards and implement corrective and preventative actions

Act as a key point of contact for operations across night and weekend shifts

What you’ll bring

Strong leadership and coaching experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment

Passion for safety, continuous improvement and team development

Experience with lean, OPEX or similar systems highly regarded

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work a rotating 24/7 roster
