You will be combining core back-of-house duties (like receipting, putting away stock, and dispatch) with store merchandising and actively supporting our sales team on the floor during peak periods.

About the Role

- Receive, put away, and manage incoming stock.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Merchandise store displays to ensure the showroom is fully stocked, organised, and looking its best.
- Step up to support the Sales team with face-to-face and phone inquiries during busy periods.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and protected dispatch and store workplace.
- Work closely with the wider team to keep both back-of-house and front-of-house operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, merchandising, or hybrid role.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, adaptable attitude—you are happy to pivot between tasks when the store gets busy!
- Reliable, punctual,



and ready to get stuck in.
- Ability to safely perform the inherent physical requirements of this role, which include continuous standing and manual handling.
- Well-articulated communication skills to confidently assist customers.
- A committed team player.

Mandatory Requirements

- High Risk Work Licence (Forklift): Must be valid within Australia. (Note: If you do not currently hold a licence but have a date booked to obtain one at your own expense, you may still apply).
- Background Screening: This role requires a mandatory criminal history check.
