The role

You will work alongside and report directly to the Operations Manager. As a part of anagile team, you'll constantly seeeveryone jump on to take a Level 1 phone call and directly resolve issues with the clients from level 1 staff to the MD.

We work specifically in the dental sector with a pool of clients all around Australia. The range of work will be broad and challenging and you'll likely have a recent challenge each day. Be prepared to think on your feet and be able to overcome issues you have never seen before.

What you would do

- In this role, you'll provide day-to-day IT support to dental practices, helping keep their systems running smoothly both on-site and remotely. You'll work across servers, workstations, networks, and business applications, troubleshooting issues and supporting a wide range of technology used within modern dental clinics.
- Provide Level 2 support for Windows-based environments, including servers, workstations, and Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with dental practice management systems such as D4W, Exact, OASIS, Core Practice, and CareStack.
- Support dental imaging platforms including Romexis, Sidexis,



and Carestream.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, VLANs, and wireless networks.
- Deliver hands‑on support to minimise downtime and keep clinics operating efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with practice managers, dentists, and support staff, providing clear and practical technical assistance.
- Represent 32 Byte in a professional and approachable manner when working directly with clients.
- Remote Support (50%) – Clients Across Australia
- Provide remote technical support to dental practices, assisting with hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and security initiatives.
- Support Microsoft 365 environments, cloud platforms, and other business‑critical systems.
- Work closely with the wider 32 Byte team to investigate and resolve more complex technical issues.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands‑on field work and remote support, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and is comfortable working with a range of technologies in a fast‑paced environment.
