Become an Account Executive at MGA Insurance and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional insurance solutions to our valued clients. In this full-time position , you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing expert advice and ensuring our clients receive the coverage they need to protect their businesses.

Key responsibilities

- Liaise with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with insurance providers
- Manage ongoing client relationships, providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to queries
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to client accounts
- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities within your client portfolio
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, products, and market trends
- Collaborate with the broader team to share knowledge and best practices

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial insurance brokerage or sales role
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and product knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships




- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the right insurance solutions for clients
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in insurance, business, or a related field
