The Athenaeum Club, one of Melbourne's most prestigious establishments is seeking an experienced full time Bar Attendantto work in the Members Bar. No more weekends or late nights! AMonday - Friday position this role provides a great opportunity for work life balance.

Reporting to the F&B; Supervisors and the Food Beverage & Events Manager we seek an individual who can work varying hours between 11am - 8pm,Monday toFriday.

The successful candidate will:

- Demonstrate the appropriate level of experience in food and beverage work
- Be able to take ownership of the bar and manage all aspects of ordering, stocktake, cleanliness, cashiering
- Have excellent personal presentation and grooming standards
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a passion for delivering excellent service and exceeding our members expectations
- Hold a current RSA

The Club is seeking an individual who iscommitted to excellent service, who is reliable and honest and who match our criteria above.

No Holiday or Student Visa applicants . This is a full time role (38 hours per week) and we are looking for someone who is seeking a long term position.
