We pay in accordance with the 2026 Pay Guide – SCHADS Award (MA ) , Social and Community Services stream, Employee Level 1 Pay Point 3 (Casual) – $35.15 per hour .

About the Role

We're currently recruiting for a range of Disability Support Worker opportunities to meet the diverse needs of the people we support. Every participant is different, and so is every role. Some positions focus primarily on psychosocial support,



community participation, and capacity building, while others have a stronger emphasis on personal care and supporting participants with daily living activities both at home and in the community. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and will match you with roles and participants that align with your skills and strengths.

As a Disability Support Worker, you may:

- Support participants to access their community and attend appointments.
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks (role dependent).
- Encourage independence and build everyday life skills.
- Provide emotional support and meaningful companionship.
- Support participants to engage in hobbies, interests, and social activities.
- Help participants achieve their NDIS goals.
- Promote choice, dignity, and inclusion in everyday support.

About You

You don’t need formal qualifications to apply, what matters most is your attitude and values. We’re looking for people who are:

- Empathetic, reliable, and approachable
- Valuable listeners with strong communication skills
- Flexible and proactive in supporting others
- Motivated to make a positive difference in someone life
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Full working rights in Australia
