An operator/attendant is responsible for loading/unloading vehicles, testing, sorting waste, decanting, packaging, operating pumps and equipment, completing paperwork, general yard maintenance and performing other tasks when asked to in a safe and effective manner. We are a customer focused business.

The role is based at our resource recovery facility in Paget, Mackay, Qld.

Full Time Hours 38 hours per week.

The role:

Operating Plant and Equipment:

Loading/ Unloading of trucks either liquid unloading or packages via forklift, Assist Chemists sorting testing and labelling for processing, upholding rigorous housekeeping standards for plant and equipment.

Customer Interaction:

Welcome and assist incoming customers, ensuring they adhere to established procedures.

Ensuring Safety:

Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and promoting best practices.

About you:

- Exceptional communication skills.
- Business focused.
- Team player.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

Successful candidate must have:

- Driver's license
- Forklift ticket or prepared to obtain.
- Dangerous Goods statement of attainment or prepared to obtain one.

You will be required to have good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
