5. Functional Excellence —Facilities

You keep the club safe,operationaland running smoothly — ensuring all equipment, systems and environments are wellmaintainedand fit for use.

- Carry out maintenance tasks and repairs accurately andin a timely manner
- Follow all facilities, safety and compliance standards,routinesand procedures
- Maintain equipment,plantand club infrastructure to a high standard
- Monitor and respond to faults, hazards or risks,taking actionor escalating whererequired
- Support preventative maintenance routines to minimise downtime and disruption
- Maintain strong attention to detail across all back-of-house and member-facing areas
- Keep maintenance records, logs and reporting up to date andaccurate
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure the cluboperatessafely and efficiently
- Take ownership of tasks from identification through to resolution

You have>1year of relevant experience and flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.

You have aligned experience. You know whatit’slike to work with a high-profile consumer brand and thrive onhands-on maintenance, fixing issues and keeping everything in top working order.You may also have sometradeexperience. A+ for you
