Goulburn Caravan Park is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team on a casual basis. This position is based in Goulburn, NSW 2580 and offers flexible working arrangements to suit your availability. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining clean, hygienic and welcoming environments across our client properties. Your work will directly contribute to the comfort and satisfaction of our clients and end-users, making this an essential position within our operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Performing general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sweeping of floors, walls and surfaces
- Sanitising and disinfecting high-touch areas and shared spaces to maintain hygiene standards
- Emptying and replacing waste bins and disposing of rubbish appropriately
- Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms, including toilets, sinks and mirrors
- Restocking cleaning supplies and reporting when supplies are running low
- Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Following health and safety protocols and company cleaning standards consistently
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
- Working flexibly to accommodate client schedules and business requirements
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping services, either in residential or commercial settings
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Physical capability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift and carry items safely
- Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work flexible and casual hours
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment, and willingness to follow safety procedures
