CASUAL MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST – COVER ANNUAL LEAVE & SICK LEAVE

An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic Receptionist to join our passionate team of General Practitioners, Nurses and Receptionists.

The position is casual covering annual leave & sick leave - Must have Best Practice knowledge

Receptionist will be responsible for:

- Responding to telephone calls, appointments, emails, faxes
- Invoicing and receipting
- End of day settlements
- End of day banking
- Scanning

Personal Attributes:

- Medical receptionist experience preferred but not essential




- Able to multi-task and enjoy a busy environment
- Reliable and conscientious
- Well presented
- Able to work in a team setting and or autonomously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Energetic, efficient, empathetic and patient focused
- Undertake all duties in a diligent manner, with honesty and integrity
