This permanent part-time role involves assisting customers, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining our beautiful showroom on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and most Saturdays, during our trading hours of 10am to 5pm.

About the Role

As a Showroom Sales Assistant your primary focus will be actively engaging with customers, explaining products and the difference around the brand. Many of the quality bedlinen and home products are manufactured on site at the Camberwell headquarters, so you will have access to where it's happening and be able to tell customers about the craft.





Working within our premium showroom environment, you'll confidently approach customers, display products, and deliver an exceptional customer service experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering product knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrating products and educating customers on the detailing and quality
- Driving team sales targets through exceptional customer engagement
- Creating an calming, welcoming, and premium shopping experience
- Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Supporting stock replenishment and daily retail operations
- Working collaboratively within a high-performing, friendly team

About You:

You have an interest in interiors and design and love helping to style rooms. You care about quality and want to work for a brand that you can feel proud of. You like working in a retail environment where every customer interaction is an opportunity to create a memorable experience and drive sales.

Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

You will have:

- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience, ideally within homewares, fashion, or premium retail
- A naturally engaging personality with the confidence to approach and interact with customers
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High energy, initiative, and a positive attitude
- The ability to thrive in a energetic retail environment
