Renowned for producing premium wines and delivering exceptional visitor experiences, Bunnamagoo welcomes thousands of guests each year to its picturesque cellar door.

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Cellar Door team on a casual basis. We are particularly interested in candidates who are available and willing to work weekends, public holidays and peak tourism periods, helping us deliver memorable experiences during our busiest trading times.

Please note: Due to the nature of our winery and tourism business, this role requires regular availability on weekends, public holidays and during peak holiday periods. Applicants who can consistently work during these times will be highly regarded.

About the Role

As a Casual Cellar Door Team Member, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while showcasing our wines and hospitality offerings.

- Conducting wine tastings and educating guests about our wines and winery history
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all visitors




- Processing wine sales and cellar door transactionsPromoting wine club memberships and direct-to-consumer sales opportunities
- Assisting with event preparation and winery functions
- Maintaining a clean, professional and welcoming cellar door environment
- Working collaboratively with the wider Bunnamagoo team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality, tourism, retail or a similar service-based environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to build rapport with a wide variety of guests
- Availability and willingness to work weekends, public holidays and other peak tourism periods throughout the year
- Reliable transport and ability to travel to and from Bunnamagoo Estate Wines
- A willingness to learn about wine and the wine industry
- Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, or the ability to obtain one before commencement
- Previous cellar door, hospitality, tourism or wine industry experience
- Wine knowledge or wine qualifications, such as WSET or similar
- Experience using point-of-sale systems
- A passion for wine, food and regional tourism
- Ability to speak an additional language
