The Opportunity

As a Sales Associate , you will work closely alongside an experienced Sales Agent, gaining hands‑on experience across all aspects of residential sales. This role is ideal for someone looking to build strong foundations in real estate with the goal of progressing into their own sales role.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting a lead Sales Agent in day‑to‑day sales activities
- Assisting with property listings,



marketing campaigns, and open homes
- Managing buyer enquiries and database follow‑ups
- Building strong relationships with clients and the local community
- Learning appraisal, listing and negotiation processes
- Utilising Ray White systems, technology and training programs

About You

- Strong interest in a career in real estate
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence
- Skilled presentation and strong communication skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Motivated, proactive and eager to learn
- Positive attitude and team‑focused mindset
- Experience would be preferred
