We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators.

Employment Type: Casual

Working in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure high-quality products are manufactured safely and efficiently.

This role is ideal for candidates who can work efficiently in a high-volume environment, follow instructions accurately, and adapt to changing operational requirements.

Your role may include:

- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Set up machines and complete product changeovers as required.
- Monitor product quality and carry out routine quality inspections.
- Pack finished products and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Identify and report machine faults or production issues.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with minor machine adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS),



quality and company procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily production targets.

Skills & Experience

- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable performing repetitive manual handling tasks.
- Able to lift up to 20kg safely.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.
