We're looking for a warm, organised and reliable Front Desk Assistant to join our friendly dental team on a casual basis, with a regular Monday shift and the flexibility to cover additional shifts when team members are away.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, reassuring and qualified experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while also thriving in a structured environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Key responsibilities:

- Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer phones and manage appointment bookings.
- Assist patients with enquiries and payments.
- Follow established administrative procedures and clinic protocols.




- Support the clinical team with general reception and dental assisting duties.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Warm, friendly and approachable
- An excellent communicator and active listener
- Highly organised, detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Reliable and dependable, consistent in their work and attendance, willing to provide cover for additional shifts
- Comfortable following procedures and systems
- Able to remain calm and professional in a busy environment

Experience in dental reception is an advantage but not essential.
